Please ensure you have read and understood all policies before booking.
At Diamond Skin & Body all new clients are require a 50% non-refundable booking fee when booking, if you are unable to attend your appointment or are required to reschedule you may do so and your booking fee will transferred over to your new appointment provided you have given more than 48 hours notice.
Existing clients clients will be required to pay a 20% deposit for all upcoming appointments.
All cosmetic tattoo work requires a $100 non-refundable booking fee. Your booking fee will come off your total balance at your appointment. This non-refundable booking fee is redeemable on the day of the appointment and cannot be transferred if cancelled or rescheduled.
CANCELLATIONS
Please allow a 48hr window when cancelling your appointments. 48hr prior to appointments an automated confirmation message is sent with your appointment time, please take the time to respond YES or NO to your message. If you are unable to make your appointment let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations less than 48hrs notice will incur a 25% service fee not including the deposit.
RUNNING LATE
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out required forms & go through our initial consultation, if you are running late to your appointment please advise us as soon as possible.
Please note: we allow a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled and your booking fee forfeited & a new booking fee will be required to rebook. As we allow more than enough time for your appointment, we are unable to cut into other clients time.
Please make sure you allow enough time on the day for your appointment as we will not rush the appointment due to its nature.
REFUNDS
We do not offer any refunds for any services or on any products due to change of mind, as our products are prescription we are unable to accept returns as they are custom made for each individual client.
NO SHOWS
If you fail to show for your appointment you will incur a 50% service fee and is required to be paid prior to your next appointment.
